April 08, The beggining
No one could say why Brandon Smith had chosen to teach philosophy, not even himself actually. When he was a kid he first wanted to be a photographer, then a musician, then a fireman, after what he was tempted to climb the Everest before he finally got hired as a philosophy teacher by the university.
Maybe was it because he could give the classes the direction he wanted to and wasn’t trapped in a program in particular or because he could give his own interpretation of what some of the biggest intellectuals had said…

That morning in all cases he was about to start talking about Plato’s ‘apology of Socrates’ when a knock on the door stopped him.
“Yes, what is it?” He asked
One glance at who walked in and he added “Now why am i not surprised, Mr Underground has finally decided to join us for a bit of culture, so what will the excuse be this morning may I ask?”.
Will Underground found the closest vacant chair and let himself ‘fall’ into it.
“Couldn’t find a decent breakfast…” he then let out which of course got all the class laughing.
“Yes of course now that was the only one missing to your collection wasn’t it” Brandon sarcasticly added. “Now can we get back to what we were about to start.” He finished.
“This is going to be one of those days” he thought.

The alarm clock went off at 7.30 am but was quickly knocked down violently by a pillow.
‘Drats, argh, allready??!! Their’s no justice I swear’ let out William whose leg was hanging out one side of the bed while the rest of his body was rolled up in the sheets like a spring roll.
‘Can’t a guy get a decent’s night sleep!!!’ he went on.
William Underground aka Will was doing his first year of uni for the 2nd time round and seemed just as motivated as he was the past year. What he really liked doing? Skating, drinking beers with his buddies and….girls of course!
He finally dragged himself out of bed and picked up a sock he spotted on the other side of the room, after pulling it close to his nose for a wift he let out a ‘EEkkkk’ before definately throwing it back on the ground and pushing it under his bed with his foot. He then took a look in the mirror and had to face the terrible truth, he just shouldn’t of finished of that bottle of tequila last night he looked terrible.
William then walked to the old fridge he had found a month earlier in a garden sale for only 30 bucks and took a peep inside.
“Let’s see…, he started, a bottle of Eewwww old milk or should I now say yoghurt, some left over salami and pepperoni pizza from lunch yesterday and….hmm well that seems as if that’s all I have, oh well a nice cup of hot coffee with a slice of microwaved pizza should do the trick”.
After this very nutritious breakfast he got dressed and wizzed out the door with his bag as he realized that his philosophy class was about to start.

April 08, The beggining
It was actually pretty weird the way it was raining but with just a few white clouds covering a lovely blue and sunny sky. The temperature wasn’t all that bad either if you take in concideration that two days before a little snow had fallen during the evening, not the kind that sticks to the ground of course as we were in the mid of April and spring was suppose to be on it’s way.
Charity was sitting behind her PC looking out the window, a hot coffee in front of her. She had stayed up late the night before playing Online Poker and drinking whisky and so of course she had woken up late with a slight headache, but who really cared hey, it was sunday after all and she had nothing more planned than to sit around in her jamas….
What to say about Charity Geedunk… well she was pretty tall, in her mid 30’s and had moved into the campus just two weeks before as she was to start as a french teacher and actually her first class was tomorrow morning at 9 am sharp. In a way she was excited but on the other she was quite anxious as she had never taught kids older than 12-13 and she just didn’t know what to expect from young adults…..
